Q   When can I move in?

A    You can move in today!

Q   How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
A    We require 30 days notice.

Q   What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
A   Just a valid drivers license.

Q   Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
A   No! We rent on a month to month basis.

Q   How do I make a payment?
A   You can pay online, in our office, or auto pay from your bank or credit/debit card.

Q   What forms of payments do you accept?
A    All major credit cards, check, cash

Q   How do I know how much storage space I will need?
A    Check our Unit Size Guide or just give us a call and we will help you figure it out!
 
Q    Do I need to bring my own lock?
A    Yes but we also sell them in the office.

Q    Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
A     Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials, Biological Contaminants, and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
